At Magic Proxy Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring the packing slip is included inside the box.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and tape it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
